In 1933, Richard Friedrich Hermann Halbach laid the cornerstone for our family business in Remscheid, today conducted in the third generation by the Halbachs. With more than 100 employees and a production area of over 15,000 square meters, the modern corporate group at first sight does not have much in common with the beginnings of those early days. The "Bergische Land" belongs to the oldest industrial and economic regions of Europe and was always a significant area for textile production.
